Liturgical Ministries

- Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist: distribute Holy Communion at Mass and bring the sacrament to the bedridden and homebound. View Eucharistic Ministers' Schedule.
- Altar Servers: assist the priest at the celebration of Mass. View Altar Servers' Schedule.
- Lectors: participate in Masses by reading Scriptures and the Prayer of the Faithful. View Lecturers' Schedule.
- Ushers and Greeters: provide Mass goers with an orderly, welcoming environment.
Music Ministry

The parish has an Adult Choir, a Family Choir and a Family Bell Choir. They perform at Sunday Mass and at special musical events throughout the year.
Adult Choir
Rehearses every Sunday at 11:30 AM in the choir loft
Sings every Sunday at the 12:00 Noon Mass
We are blessed with a wonderful and inspiring choir. They meet at 11:30 in the music room and provide music at the 12 noon Mass. No prior musical experience is needed, but a commitment to rehearsing before the Sunday Mass is required. Please feel free to contact Stephanie Larkin after the services if you have any questions.

Handbell Choir is seasonal. Please consult the bulletin for details.
Faith Formation and School of Religion
- Bible Study afternoon and evening scripture study classes are offered for all.
- Children’s Liturgy of the Word a separate liturgy for children is offered at the Family Mass at 10:00 AM on Sunday.
- The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) team provides training for adults wishing to become Catholic and baptized adults preparing for Holy Communion and Confirmation.
- The Spanish Prayer Group meets in church each Thursday at 7:00 PM.
- The Padre Pio Prayer Group meets in church at on the last Friday of the month at 7:30 PM.
- School of Religion (CCD) catechists provide religious training to students not attending Catholic schools.
- Ministry Fairs are held periodically to provide information on all our active ministries.

Finance Council
The Council helps the Pastor manage finances, monitor investments and prepare the budget.
St. Anastasia Community Programs
- The Outreach Committee provides friendly visiting and some services for those who need them.
- Food and Clothing Drives are conducted in fall and winter for those in need.
- Celebrate Summer is open from June through the middle of August for children from Nursery School on.
- The Youth Ministry Program conducts movie nights, retreats, and social events for young people from the eighth grade through high school and gives them the opportunity to work together on projects.
- Sports Programs include swimming, soccer, basketball, softball and baseball and are open to all children within the parish boundaries.
- The parish hosts the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts of Boy Scouts of America Troop 153. The Troop carries out community service and other activities throughout the year.
- Easy English is a program which guides people to a level of comfort in speaking English.
- Al Anon meets in the Annex on Friday evenings at 7:30 PM.
- St. Anastasia Council of the Knights of Columbus is actively involved in many charitable activities throughout the year.
- Blood Drive: The Council also conducts semi annual blood drive to meet local needs.
Social Programs
- The Leisure Club arranges cruises, bus trips and other social activities. They meet every Tuesday in Father Smith Hall from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
- Coffee and Donuts are served after one of the Masses on the first three Sundays of the month.
- Fitness Classes are offered on Monday evenings.
